We are going to buy promotional soccer ball as per below specifications and attached photo:
Technical specifications of the soccer ball:
- material: Shiny PVC leather (phthalate free material)
- colors: Red & white/silver, red & black
- logo: cola turka (2 color logo & to be applied on 2 panels)
- logo application: Drawing will be provided later
- size: 5
- stitch: By machine
- layers: PVC+1+2
- inner layer's color: White
- panel: 32 (triangle & pentagon panel forms)
- PVC thickness: 1.4mm (including 2 inner layers+PVC: 4mm)
- PVC specification: Shiny laminated PVC
- bladder weight: 160-170gr
- bladder material: 100%rubber
- soccer ball weight: 400-410gr (except packing)
- soccer ball must be waterproof
General contract terms:
- packing: Each ball is to be packed in PP bag with operating manual (instructions) inside
- master carton: To be very strong (staples are not allowed on the cartons)
- quality control:
Major defect: Acceptable quality level (aql) 2.5%
Minor defect: Acceptable quality level (aql) 4.0%
CE certificate
En71, 1-2-3 tests
SGS report will be required
- payment: 100% confirmed L/C at sight under bank guarantee (please do not bargain for other payments)
