Please find below the specefication of the steel plate for our requirement.
Our basic requirement that the plate must be crack free and 100 % ultra test pass as per below details.
Plate Width 2500mm,
Plate Length - 6000 (or In standard length of Mill )
Grade - A36 ( IS : 2062 )
Ultra testing pass - ASME SA 578 level B
Straightness of plate - max 1.5mm per meter.
Heat-wise Material Chemical, physical analysis report , Test Certificate required with supply.
(Lamination in plate is not allowed).
Present order Qty = 200 tons.

This is our regular requirement per month.

We have regular requirement of other thicknesses of plates, quantity 600 Tonnes per month ranging from 2mm to 100mm.
