Dear Sir,
We are looking suppliers for residential elevator parts for one of my client in USA.
Could you please send your company profile and your capabilities to manufacture Residential Elevator Parts, as per attached list (Residential Elevator Major Parts.xls)?
And I have sent those specific drawings.
To start with, here is the request for Gear less Machine and Drive Control.
1. Gear less machine:
(dd70 motor length 220 and brake torque 2 x 200 Nm). See sample drawing z__41602343.pdf
We have 3 models with varying loads like 950 Kg, 1135 Kg and 1590 Kg and Breaking Torque is 2x 200 Nm.
Attached the machine drawing z__41602343 for reference.
2. Drive Control:
ACVF 12 kVa 208V FCL2-0-12-C-A - NEMA1 Model. See attached YEC12.PDF
The required production Quantity is 4200.
See the attached Spec Document, which will explain about our three different models of Residential Elevator.
3.Front Wall (SS):
Here is one more request on Front Wall (SS), assembly drawing for Quote on part number 51560635. Front Wall (Part No: 51560635 and drawing No: Z__44140580) of our Residential Elevator.
Please see the attached PDF drawings and bill of material of this assembly. Also see the attached 3D view of PDF. Just open and click the screen, you can rotate the picture to visualize the assembly.
