We need offer for the following:
*complete heatless compressed air dryer (qty. 2 ste)
*two adsorption towers
*with pre filter and after filter (5 micron auto drain)
*flow rate: 1000 nm3/h
*purge losses: Less than 20% from flow rate
*max. Pressure / normal pressure: 10 bar / 7 bar
*temperature: 45 oc
*dew point: - 40 oc at ATM. Pressure
*type of desiccant: Activated alumina
*material of contraction: Ss41 or is - 2825. or equivalent.
*power supply: 220 vac 50 Hz.
*complete control panel micro PLC with dew point indicator
* installed three valve bybass.
* documents and manual for operation, installation and maintenance should be required
* spare parts for two years. (include spare partes for control valves)
* safty valve for each tower.
* pressure gauge on each vessel.
