GALVANIZING KETTLE:
Dimensions: 6.5 mts x 0.7 mts. x 1.0 mt.
Thickness of Plate : 40 mm MOC DSQ plates poor in silicon and carbon BENT corners required, the plates and the joints has to be ULTRA SONICALLY TESTED. Zinc Holding Capacity : 30 tons
ELECTRIC KETTLE FURNACE :
Heating Capacity: 10 tons of Zinc
Max Temp: 540 C*
Outer casing made of heavy duty steel, Inner walls made of modular and replaceable block type insulation.
Folded and formed nickel chrome ribbon type heating element.
Rating of Heating Element: approx 120 KW, and Power Source : 415 V, 3 Ph.
