Dear Sir,
We are located in Istanbul/Turkey and are participating kinds of tenders, open by military, municipality or others.
Now we are in need of 700.000 piece of portable, air activated pocket warmer hot pads for a military tender.
The last date to quote is January 25, 2010.
In case of obtaining the contract the materials should be delivered within 3 months in one shipment (no partial shipments).
If your company is able to produce and ship this materials in time and if you are willing to cooperate with us please prepare a quotation of your best price for CIF Istanbul/Turkey and please inform us your export conditions as soon as possible.
The short summery specifications of the portable, air activated handwarmers are as follows:
Heating duration: 24 hours
Maximum temperature: 70°C should be written on each package
Minimum temperature: 40°C should be written on each package
Pouch size: 100 x 130mm (± 5mm) should be written on each package
Product weight: 65g (± 5g) should be written on each package
The product should have CE certificate and 2 years of warranty.
Package weight: 50kg/carton (maximum)
The instructions and specifications(temperature ranges, production and expiration dates, duration) should be printed or sticked on every single 700.000 of packs in Turkish language.
