We are looking for manufacturer of Eyelet Machine as per our requirement as per given below details
Product >; PVC flexible Material
Thickness >; 3mm ~ 5mm (Adjustable as required)
Width >; 170mm ~ 250mm (Adjustable as required)
Eyelet Dia >; 5mm (Adjustable as required)
It would be better if machine can be synchronized with our production line.
The producing speed of our machine is 6cm/minute, so punching & eyeleting is required on every 1 meter (both side left and right i.e across the width 170mm- 250mm which is variable).
So machine can have two heads for riveting/eyeleting on left & right side.
A diagram & pictures of our product can be provided on request for your reference.
