We are currently working in an important project of roll on ball for cosmetic products. I have been looking for information in internet, where I have found that you are a professional manufacturer of this kind of articles.
Please find below full details of the required roll on balls and kindly advise your comments by return:
1. - Item: Roll on ball. Find attached pictures and technical drawing of the required roll on ball
2. - Material: The ball should be produced 304 stainless steel material or 316 stainless steel material
3. - Measurements: The ball diameter should be 35, 56mm exactly
4. - The minimum thickness should be 1, 2mm
5. - The outside surface of the stainless steel material should be perfectly polished
6. - Bear in mind that this roll on ball will be used as part of a cosmetic article; We need the outside finishing to be perfect and the ball to be completely round
7. - Presentation: 200 units per polybag
8. - Quantity: We will order a minimum quantity of 5.000.000 units per year. The whole quantity will be divided into 10 different deliveries of 500.000 units each delivery.
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THIS PROJECT:
1. - The roll on ball will be used in a cosmetic bottle to apply cream. Please confirm if this article required any special certificate for European market
2. - We are not talking about a promotional article. Bear in mind that this product is for a multinational top line cosmetic company. This means that we will arrange several quality controls, to guarantee that the quality standard is the same during the whole production and in all the different deliveries
3. - Please inform us about your company production capacity
4. - Please send us good quality pictures of the factory where this article will be produced
Bearing in mind all above details, please confirm the following information about the required article:
1. - FOB price. Please specify loading port (remember that the total produced quantity will be 5.000.000 units)
2. - Delivery
* How many days do you need to send pre-production samples?
* How many days do you need to produce each delivery (500.000 units)?
3. - Packing details: Units per carton, carton weight, carton measurements
