Having been a reliable and competent foreign trade company in Turkey for 3 years, We have pleasure To introduce ourselves as Berateks and inform you about our inquiry.We are especially dealing with 100% cotton fabrics,yarn and shirts for Men. Beside our yarn and fabric business,
The main objective and perspective of our company is to provide a multiple-line sales services fort he interested international clients. We guide our suppliers to find new markets for their products by using global services and create international partnerships. we also started shirt business for Men Ready wear.
Brief 100% cotton shirt fabric (Yarn Dyed stripe and Check design) inquiry is decribed below
Product; 100 % Cotton yarn dyed fabrics
Patterns: we have so many different patters but we kindly ask our provider tos hare it,s patterns. Any kind of pattersn,regarding with stripe and check design will be welcomed. n order to having agreed on designs, we should also send our so many different designs to help supplier tos hare or produce
Count:2 ply twisted yarns in wraps 80/2, 100/2 weft 40/1 and also 50/1 both must be cotton yarn dyed
Density: Different density can be combined with counts alternative to get required look and feelingThese figures are only sample 144x80,152x76,120x80,140x90,130x80,144x70,128x70
Width,1 50 cm will be fine.
Weight; any weight higher than 110 gr/m2 will be accepted.
Not: we never insist that supplier must produce or supply excatly same spect of 100% cotton shirt fabrics. Only Ne counts must be either 40/1 or 50/1 design, weight, density all possibilities will be accepted. Second important thing is about patter stripe and check design with nice colours.
Finishing: We know that there are so mnay different kind of finishes be applied sucha s wrinkle free,slicon washed,zero-zer0, enzyem and so on. For this most important thing is to get fabrics with good hand feeling.
Quantity; getting info about mn quantity will be important for us. If w ehave any chance to select fabrics from stock, that will be beter or not we have to negotiate what min quantity. We are aware of that f the fabric is produced by the factory for buyer, min quantity will not be less than 1000 meters but firts start, in order to keep our risk in selling for ecah design of shirts, we have to keep the quantty in small meters like min 500 meters for each design/color. For this,our supplier also must accpet it. After first order, quantity will be increased.
Price: the most important and first reason of our search for supplier is the price. n order to reach our target as price, we tend to import instead of buying from Turkish market. Our final CIF stanbul target price will be max 2 2.20 $ condisering other custom costs, final price will be higher therefore, we keep the price as described above.
