The Specification and detail of the Napkins:
Quantity: 195,000 pieces
STRUCTURE:
Material: Made of 100% Polyester, Flame retardant with Jacquard according to our drawing and symbol and logotype interweaving at lower right corner on both sides of the napkin. (detail & drawing of logo will inform later)
---Material must be guaranteed against shrinkage during laundering.
---Napkin must be delivered pre-washed and ready to use.
Yarn Count: C 40/2 x C20/1
Hemming: To be hemmed well on all four sides.
Size: 45x45 cm (± 1 cm)
Labeling: Require one satin label size approximate 1.5x4.0 cm printing name or logo of manufacturer with month and year of production to be hemmed at the corner on the underside.
Weight: Minimum 45 g. per piece.
PACKAGING:
Quantity: 50 pieces packed in one plastic bag, 6 plastic bags packed in one carton (300 pieces per carton).
Carton type: Strong exports rectangular carton.
Labeling: Customer symbol and logotype, item code with item descr iption ,quantity, gross weight and production date in black colour on all four sides.
