We are an Egyptian company working in home decoration and landscape sector .
We are looking for a reliable supplier for a Lithium Polymer battery for use in one of our solar products .
The specifications of the battery we looking for is :
Nominal Capacity : 48 Ah
Nominal Voltage : 12 Volts
Charge Cut Of Voltage : 14 V
Discharge Cut of Voltage : 8 V
Wieght : up to 5 Kilo
Dimension :
Width 40 cm ,
Length 40 Cm .
Hieght : as low as your technology can allow .
Casing : as thin and as low profile casing as possible
The battery will be securely sealed in our product .
Charging :
The battery will charged with our solar panel ,
12 volts solar panels or 3 volts solar panels
You have to indicate which one is suitable for your product .
Use :
The battery will be use to power a series of led light strip
The specifications of the led light is as follows :
Light source: 3010 SMD LEDs
Operating voltage: 12V DC
Current per 3 LEDs : 20mA
Consumption watts per 3 LEDs: 0.24W
Entire strip size: 5000mm x 5mm
Entire strip LED quantity: 300pcs
the battery we are looking for will be enough to power the light strips for 24 hours before it is recharged again .
A 12 Volts / 24 Ah battery is enough o power this light for 12 hours ( one day )
But we are looking for a battery that is enough to power this led light strip for 24 hours , which is 2 days , before it is recharged again .
The purpose of this is to use the battery for 10 years , which is the maximum life of the battery before degradation
It is supposed that this kind of battery can be recharged 2000 times , which is 5 years
We want to recharge it every 2 days and thus lengthen its life up to 10 years .
the size of the battery module is of no importance to us as long as it is flat and it will fit in the base of the flower pot which is 40 cm length x 40 cm width , the height is to be kept as low as possible
the weight of the battery is also of no importance to us as it will be put on the floor , but it is better to keep it as low as possible
our quantity is 1000 units per month .
