Dear Sir,
Kindly quote your best price & delivery time for the following;
Overhead Conveyor as per details below & attached drawing
Material to handle : Copper steel
Envelop Size : 4000 x 1200 x 80mm
Maximum weight of components : Max weight / conveyor wheel / pendant = 50 kgs ( 6000kgs when fully loaded)
Capacity / hour basis : 3000 kgs /hr
Pitch of components : 2500mm
Speed of conveyor : Variable = 600mm / min till 1500mm / min
Temperature at dry off oven : 200 degree centigrade
Temperature curing oven : 220 degree centigrade
Duration of conveyor curing oven : 30min
Length of the conveyor : 132 meters with 8 90* Curves ( Complete measure & Curve radius shown in attached drawing)
Note: We have to use same leg supports for the conveyor. Hence please quote for conveyor without support lag as in pictures (blue color) and without installation.
