Please read this inquiry carfully and reply with COA and FOB price.
We are in a market for 100M. TON of rutile type Titanium Dioxide for manufacturing solvent base flexo printing ink for printing on OPP, BOPP ALU FOIL.
Our Target price for Grade A Titanium Dioxide Rutile is USD1200 to USD1300. We can only open L/C at sight from a Bank in Iran.
But the negociating bank is normally out of Iran like Dubai, France, Germany or even Seoul Korea.
The Construction Bank of China accepts our L/C from Iran and there is no problem at all, you can call them and check it with them.
We will also have the shippment inspected by SGS or B. V inspection company.
