Well, we need PCB or complete solution There is specification for complete solution:
-Aluminium based waterproof board
-Dimension 360x360mm-36 LEDs like 5050 smd, appr 12-15lm per LED
-Led spacing 60 mm (30mm from edge)(in attach file ledProject.jpg probable solution - 4 board connected by two wire Red & Blue)
There is specification for PCB only:
-Aluminium base 1.5 -1.7mm
-copper layer thickness about 0.35mm
-white color mask
