We need the below materials:
1. Plastic Big Bags (PE) with these sizes: quantity 2500 bags
High: 225 cm
Width: 115 cm
Closed from one side like a bag by plus sign (this to make the base as a square).
2. Aluminum Reinforced Polyethylene Bag (attached few pictures, to clear the needed valve & gusset) 5000 bags
It should have vacuum valve from bottom.
Size: 87 CM X 50 Cm: this bag will use for PVC Compound 25 kg.
Each bag will be alone and gusset size will be 10.5 cm from both sides (L&R), closed from one side (bottom),
3. Aluminum Reinforced Polyethylene Bag quantity 2500 bags
It should have vacuum valve from Top.
Size: 225 CM X 104 Cm: this bag will use for PVC Compound 600 kg.
Each bag will be alone and closed from one side (bottom),
These bags are used to store XLPE (Cross Linkable Poly Ethylene) the big ones will store the XLPE and the small ones are used to store the catalyst.
