We are looking to import complete suitcases /luggage in unassembled form ie all the parts of the complete suitcase and all we have to do here is to only assemble them here in Kenya. The reason we want to import in unassembled complete suitcase form is because , more bags will fit in the container and save considerably on freight, and more important the duty will be lower in unassembled suitcases.
To this effect we would need :-
1.) All the machines you feel we will require to assemble the suitcases eg The heating element / moulding machine for the material, riveting machine, electrical screw driver and shaped forma for the moulding.
2.) The materials for the suitcase will also be imported from you - i.e the nylon internal lining which should be supplied already attached to the part , the zipper for the product and the external case material.
3.) The tubes required
4.) The wheels for the cases.
5.) The handles and straps , and all the items requires to build it up, including the name tags
6.) The riveting machines and any other items / tools / materials required to assemble the suitcase will also need to be imported.
As we wish to produce suitcases of different qualities we will need material of different grades being pvc, twill, ABS, polyster, EVA etc. etc for the material kindly quote for the different qualities and maybe you can send us samples.
As for colours we require mainly black, blue, green, and brown.
The types of bags are 3 in 1 with extendable handles, of sizes 20, 22, and 26.
Similarly we will produce the convential ones 1-4 without the extension handlesand without wheels.

Also inform us how much can fit in a High Cube 40' Container, - how many suitcases can we assemble.
