Dear Sir,
As informed to you we are interested in metallic boards, embossed boards and specialized boards.
So before giving you any of our requirement, we request you to kindly send us all the maximum samples so that we can see the color range and varities of papers you have.
Do you have black paper also, if yes please send us the varieties of black paper you have. Also if you have any stock lots of any paper please send samples of that also.
So we request you to kindly arrange to send us all maximium samples by TNT Courier A/C No : 30782 and the address has been given.
Also before sending samples i would like to inform you that TNT say's that we from here in bangalore have to send a letter or e-mail to TNT saying that your company from china is sending samples to us and kindly collect the courier from your company.
So when shall i give them instructions to collect the courier?
