Please note the followings:
Item: Activated MDEA (80% MDEA , 20% ACT)
Usage: For treatment of Acid Gases, Removal of H2S, deep and high efficiency of Co2
QTY: 800,000 Tons for the beginning
1- The acceptable method for the quality inspection by refinery will be GC, Varin CP-3800, Column: Capillary CP-511-5CB(50m) so the sellers should provide the necessities for testing the sample according to the mentioned method to a third party.
2- The solution will be purchase by LC-Conditional in 4 stages partial shipment.
3- If the result of our test (taken at the refinery according to the above mentioned method), is different from what the seller proposed in their technical data sheet, then the seller is responsible to pay all the damage and transportation fees in order to replace the solution with the right one.
4- Seller must announce the impurity percentage of solution in the following order:
- % MDEA (Min)
- % MMEA (Max)
- % MEA (Max)
- % DEA (Max)
- % Secondary amines present (Max)
- % Tertiary amines present (Max)
- % Water (Max)
- % Activator (Max)
5- It is necessary for the sellers to announce some previous activated MDEA customers of theirs for further inspection.
6- The foreign sellers should have local authorized representative in Iran
