We are interested in purchasing 1 million tons of Portland Cement 42.5 NR in total to be delivered at UM QASRU PORT IN BASRA, IRAQ but our initial order will be for 400,000 mt (FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND). tHE PURCHASE WILL BE REVOLVING. SEE OTHER DETAILS BELOW.

Grade: grade 42.5 standard NR
Origin: Ukraine, Russia, Indonesia, China
QUANTITY: 400,000 metric tons CIF. TARGET PRICE $40.00 US DOLLAR.
PACKING: 50 kg bags with an in print in two languages : English and Arabic ( 50 kg bags)
First shipment 30 -45 days from Letter of Credit activation
Inspection: quality, quantity, weight, & photo by SGS at seller's cost at port of loading.
Payment terms : Letter of Credit
DELIVERY: 25 METRIC TONS EVERY TWO WEEKS AT PORT UM QASRU IN BASRA, IRAQ
We need an immediate CIF price quote for 400,000 metric ton, cif Basra (Um Qasru Port). We will need one to two ship delivery per week. Please reply with best cif price quote, the chemical specifications and composition and any concerns you may have.
We are ready and willing to send you our Letter of Intent, ICPO and all necessary document. But first, after we agree to proceed with the business transaction, we will need from your company some form of proof of product.
