I will try to give you as much information as I can, so that you can quote me the best pricing possible from China.
The dispensers will have either one,two,or three openings, in order to dispense the dog waste bag.
Item 1 Some of the OXO-biodegradable bags will be flat, with a small pull handle in order to tear off ONLY one bag at a time:dimensions 9 1/4 x 15,boxed with our logo 800 to a box, 4 boxes to a case.Thickness,25.4 microns
Item 2 The other bag will be 9 1/4 x 15 on a continuous roll,boxes of 200 and 10 rolls to a case.Thickness,25.4 microns
Item 3 The next oxo-bio bag would be,24 x 34 for use as the can liner,50 liners to a roll or maybe 25,4 rolls to a box, to give 200 liners per case . thickness,39.37 microns.
Item 4 Next.............14x 16,thickness,39.37 microns.
regarding item 2, instead of putting the 200 bags on a continuous roll in a RECTANGULER BOX, I would like to be more innovative and put them in a ROUND BOX.
All Bags Should be able to BIODEGRADE in 8 to 12 months.

Being established since awhile, I am sure your esteemed company knows other people that may be able to supply me the following:
5) 3, 5,10,20,30 and 45 gallon perforated aluminum round cans,made fromcommercial grade, heavy gauge,powder-coated,RUSTPROOF aluminum, with built-in bag retention clamps...with color forest green.
6) aluminum signs with rounded corners 10 x 12
7)U channel and square channel telescopic posts , also painted in forest green. Some to be 7 feet when fully extended +18 in ground;some to be 5ft. + 18'
Time for quanties:::: in the first year.
