Dear Sirs,
With regard the procurement of Price Offer for Polypropylene (PP) in annexure herewith attached, we would like to receive the price quotation from your Chinese suppliers.
Settlement will be with United State Dollar (or) Euro Dollar (L/C) and validity of your price quotation should be 8 weeks from the date of your price offer.
Incoterms will be the C .I .F (Yangon) (or) C & F (Yangon) basis.
Note: (1) Necessary catalogues, pamphlets and drawings to be supplied together with quotation for reference.
(2) Quotation without appropriate catalogues or drawings will be treated as incomplete offer.
The validity of quotation is till 20/3/2010.
