Must be willing to accepts small orders for a start.

I am a retailer looking at expanding my own line, but cost of getting a piece of clothes make here is extremely costly and just does not quantify making them at all locally.
I have designs but need a good manufacturer to help me make them.
Please let me know what is your minimum quantiy acceptable, price per piece (for a simple blouse top) for a start and what is your term of payments.
