We, the undersigned, hereby confirm that we have the sincere intention and the financial capability of purchasing the following commodity under the terms and conditions as stipulated herebelow:
Commodity: CONSTRUCTION STEEL (European STANDARD)
Origin: China
Specifications: As given by seller.
The basic Items specifications can be refered to
Construction Steel in rods 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 25, 28mm in total. Steel
Should have certificate of conformity DIN488 or B500B
Quantity 20,000MT
Price: FOB Or CIF Koper, Slovenia
Packing: By seller
Payment: L/C in Favour of Factory
Shipment: As arranged by seller under the buyer's requirement
Remarks:
1. Factory must be capable of supplying on time (enough capacity)
2. Preferrable is factory with existing European customers and export licence.
3. Quality certification is required (ISO ECE and so on)
