We require following machines:
Please find the size of pavers in the attached file. Size of Brick : 230x110x75mm
There are two items we wish to manufacture :
1. Bricks - 20000 bricks/day
2. Road Pavers - 3000-4000 pavers/day
Please clarify the following points :
a. Can the same machine be used for manufacture of Road Pavers as well as bricks?
If not, then suggest different machine for the above mentioned capacities
b. Strength comparison of :
i. Fly ash bricks and Clay bricks
ii. Fly ash pavers and cement pavers
c. Pressure applied for Fly ash bricks, Fly ash pavers , clay bricks and cement pavers?
d. Raw Material Mix proportions ( in case of Fly ash pavers and Fly ash bricks ) :
What are the raw materials required ?
What is the proportions in which they need to be mixed in order to get the optimum strength?
Along with the offer, we would also require you to send us a project report in order to understand the financial implications.
Details such as :
1. Land Area required
2. Motive Power
3. Raw material required for a month
4. Personnels required to operate the machine
5. Power consumption in a day ( single shift - 8hrs running)
6. Fuel Consumption in a day
