Hello!
The preferred specifications for the sourced charcoal are as follow:
LUMP CHARCOAL TECHNICAL DATAS:
100% natural hardwood charcoal
Totally organic wood (pesticide, fillers, petroleum additives and preservatives free)
Free from charcoal residues, ashes and strange matters.
Free from other residue of sawmill woods.
Moisture Contents %
5% to 8%
Ash Contents %
3% to 5%
Volatile Matters %
17% to 22%
Fixed Carbon Contents %
Minimum 70%
- There are two types of charcoal grading that we are already using:
A) LUMP CHARCOAL SUITABLE FOR RESTAURANTS & RELATED INDUSTRIES

50 to 150 mm (Diameter)
Particle Size Distribution %
Large (120 to 150 mm ): Min 20%
Medium (80 to 120 mm ): Min 55%
Small ( 50 to 80 mm ): Max 20 %
Chips/Fines/Dust (less than 50 mm ): Max 5%

If above requested specifications are not available, please give us information on similar charcoal, the benefits of your product and prices you are willing to offer for the volume we foresee to order in the future (about 180/250 MT) to Australia.
We would welcome any suggestions as far as packaging, loading, and other products that you may have available or any other relevant information that I may have forgotten to ask.
