瑞典公司正在为其西非的一处采矿项目作前期调研。为初步掌握项目花费，公司现寻关于铁道车辆、内燃机车和载铁矿石的车厢的价格。
请有兴趣的单位按照以下内容初步报价：
一、 60个新的、或用过的、或改装的内燃机车，大小类似于dash-9 （ 3兆瓦）。
二、4000个新的、或使用过的运输铁矿石火车车厢，每个能承载100吨。
三、铁路维修车辆若干
I hope that you understand that we are doing a survey in an early stage. So what we need is cost estimates. The serious buisness will come i later stages of the project. If possible we wpuld like to get rough cost estimates and reasonable spans for costs. These cost estimates can be based on examples from existing or planned rail roads with heavy freights.
