Please find attached photos of the clip, which is on an existing cell phone holster, along with a drawing of the individual parts.
I am looking for a quality injection molding supplier to provide spring activated, plastic swivel clips mounted to stationary molded, plastic bases.
The clips ratchet 360 degrees in 15 degree increments around the base.
The base is flat on the bottom and is intended to be epoxy bonded to another flat plastic surface.
The base is 2in diameter by approx. 1/16 in thickness and has raised indexing ribs emanating radially outward from the center.
The clip is approx. 1 wide x 3” long x 1/8 thick.
The material for both the clip and base are black, ABS polymer.
I am looking for pricing for 100-500 pcs up to 1000 pcs per month of the completed assemblies.
