We are taking bids prices sand casting, please see the specs below and give us your best price.
We do not have drawing so please send price based on all other specs.
The only other information we have is photos of the master molds so please do not ask for drawings we do not have any, we can send you the photos of the molds.

Aluminum Grade 3003, will consider other grades.
Length 39 inches
Wide 22 inches
Height 9 inches
Weight 32 pounds
Should also have castings cleaned remove all burs and bead blasted for Polish.
Orders will start small 10 to 20 if quality is shown to be stable order will go to 50 to 150.
Target price under $60.00 including ball blasting.
Please send us your best price, we will provide sand casting mold master piece. We will be taking prices for 30 to 60 days.
All new vendors will be required to be seen by our factory.
