For a customer we are searching for a FREEZE DRYER in order to produce ACAI POWDER (from juice concentrate from the EUTERPE PRECTATORIA PALM).
They want to produce about 3.000 kilograms per day of fruit, about 1.200 of juice concentrate that could produce about 150 kilograms of ACAI POWDER per day.
