Please send information about your sensor device. Please quote on 100 and 1000 ea of these. Also we may wish to have you make a modified version for our application. Please advise if this is possible to do. We are designing a hand held gas detector device that interfaces with our equipment, and would like to have them contract manufactured.
We are seeking to purchase both NDIR and ISFET type devices to be built into a device that will analyze disolved gases in a solution. We can use various ways to seperate the gas and then analyze the disolved gas by inference.
The gases we want to analyze are oxygen and carbon dioxide. The pressures of oxygen will be from 10 mm Hg to 720 mm Hg, and the pressures of cabon dioxide range from 0.5 mm Hg to 100 mm Hg. The system is almost static. Response times required are 20 seconds to one minute.
We have two different needs for the analyzer. One need is to have a very well calibrated system to use as a standard, the other need is to have a source of devices to build into our product. The product is a disposable device, so cost is very important, but the calibration standard is not required to be low cost.
