We are currently starting up an import business to Italy.
Our core business in Italy will be to supply supermarkets and grocery stores in Napoli and surrounding suburbs with smoked salmon.
During the startup phase we plan to distribute only 350kg of sliced smokes salmon per week in order to test the market before the business will go full scale.
Therefore we are currently contacting various companies to find a reliable supplier who can meet our demands. We need a steady and high quality supply on time. Your quotation must include:
350kg of smoked and filleted salmon.
The Salmon must be vacuum packed in 300-400g wrappings.
The salmon must be frozen, ready for transportation to Italy.
The wrapping must include our own logo and company name.

In the initial phase, we will only distribute salmon but later it will include various other fish.
Later this year we will also be interested in flatfish and redfish ? are you able to process these as well?
