I am seeking a pasteurizer with the following capabilities :
-Capacity 4000 liters per hour. ( variable speed will be appreciated.)
- Temperature Inlet is 32 degree centigrade
- Heating up to 95 degree centigrade for holding 5 minutes and cooling up to 45 degree centigrade.
The pasteurizer will be connected to double stage homogenizer with a pressure of 250 bars to the system.
The pasteurizer PHE should have snap in gasket and not glued gasket for easy maintenance and replacement.
