I have asked a member of my organization to embark on a research on the specifications and requirements to start up a small tomato plum production factory.
However, i would appreciate it if you could come up with some estimates on specifications and requirements.
We intend to source produced tomatoes process them and can them for onward distribution and sale in the economy.
Initial estimate of 20, 000 cans (11cmX 7.5cm X 400g each ) a week with a steady increase in production as time goes on.
